The programme

Every rule, one page.

This page is the complete rulebook. There is no other document that changes what is written here, and no rule will ever be applied to you that is not on this page and in your agreement at the time you begin.

The two tracks

The Evaluation. Reach a 10% profit target on your starting balance without your equity ever closing more than 5% below the starting balance. Trade for at least 7 calendar days and 5 trading days; finish within 90 days of your first trade. Then a Verification phase: 5% target, same drawdown, minimum 30 days — because one good fortnight is luck, and two good months is evidence.

The Stewardship. No sprint at all. Three consecutive monthly valuations, none closing below 0%, cumulative +6%, within the same 5% drawdown. At least 8 trading days each month. This is the track that mirrors how funded capital is actually judged — and it carries a higher profit split from day one.

The drawdown, precisely

Your drawdown limit is static: starting balance minus 5%. On a £100,000 account the floor is £95,000 — on day one, on day fifty, after any profit. It never trails your high-water mark and there is no separate daily figure. Your equity is marked at every snapshot (roughly every 30 seconds) and at every trade close; if it touches the floor, the evaluation ends and the ledger entry that ended it is cited to you.

The clock

Time starts at your first trade, not at purchase. You may prepare for as long as you wish. Minimums exist because we are selecting for durability: nobody is funded off a lucky afternoon.

After you pass

Passing traders receive a funded account under our capital programme, subject to identity verification and a funded-trader agreement. Funded accounts carry the same 5% static drawdown, a 75–85% profit split by track, payouts monthly against formal valuations, and quarterly valuations that govern scaling. Your evaluation fee is refunded in full on the day you pass — merit is not made to wait for paperwork.

Conduct

Expert advisors are permitted if declared when you begin. What ends an account, and is checked for: latency or feed arbitrage, coordinated copy-trading across accounts, pass-farming across multiple identities, and trading on another person's behalf. These are listed exhaustively here — there is no private list.

Fair dealing

  • We never add or change a rule retroactively. Changes apply to new evaluations only.
  • Every account decision cites a rule from this page and an entry in the sealed ledger.
  • Read-only investor access to your account is yours to share with anyone.
  • If we are ever unable to honour a funded payout, remaining evaluation fees paid by that trader are returned.

Infrastructure

Accounts run on MetaTrader 4 or 5 with institutional live pricing. A dedicated Windows VPS, pre-configured with your platform, is available with every evaluation — because we would rather fund traders who understand infrastructure than traders with fragile home setups.
