Privacy Policy

We collect what the service needs and nothing else: your account details, trading activity on evaluation and funded accounts, payment records, and identity documents at the funded stage (UK AML obligations). Trading records are retained in the sealed ledger permanently — immutability is the product. We do not sell data. Identity documents are stored separately from the trading system and deleted when no longer required by law. Contact privacy@evanderfx.com for subject-access requests.
